At Secret Light, we carefully inspect each item before it gets shipped out but in the incident you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving the product by emailing [email protected] with your full name, product code, product name, and order number. We will then email you a Return Form with a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). This document needs to be sent back along with the item for an exchange of the same product. If the product is not longer available, we will contact you to exchange for another item of equal value. A return shipping label will not be provided. We do not take responsibility for missing return packages therefore we recommend using UPS or FedEx to track your shipment.
