Order and Shipping Policy


A minimum of $100 is required to order. A resale certificate is required by businesses in the state of Florida. All businesses are required to provide a tax ID.


Shipping is by standard FedEx Ground. Please allow 2 business days to process your orders. Once processed, standard shipping is 3-7 business days.


All major Credit/Debit Cards are all acceptable methods of payment. All goods remain the property of the Secret Light until paid for in full.

Cancellation Policy

Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation required. A 15% restocking fee will be applied on any orders cancelled.

Refunds Policy

All items are final sale. At Secret Light, we carefully inspect each item before it gets shipped out but in the incident you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving the product by emailing [email protected] with your full name, product code, product name, and order number. We will then email you a Return Form with a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). This document needs to be sent back along with the item for an exchange of the same product. If the product is not longer available, we will contact you to exchange for another item of equal value. A return shipping label will not be provided. We do not take responsibility for missing return packages therefore we recommend using UPS or FedEx to track your shipment.
