1. Is my Credit Card Information secure?

Our system and payment gateway (Authorize.Net) are designed so that NO credit card information is stored in our system. Once the customer enters the number, we DO NOT and WILL NOT keep it in our system.

2. How much is the minimum order?

Our minimum order is $100

3. How can I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your Order, you have to log into your account. Go to "My Account" and then go to "View the orders I have made" and select the specific order you want to print.

4. How can I print my Order Invoice?

To print your Order Invoice go to Delivery Information or log into your account. Go to "My Account" and then go to "View the orders I have made".

5. Where can I find my Tracking Number?

You can log into “My Account” and go to “my orders”.

6. How long does it take for my order to be Shipped Out?

Please allow 2-3 days business days for your order to be process. Shipping is an additional 3-5 business days; determined by the shipping method chosen. Note: orders which are placed over the weekend will not be processed until next business day.

7. What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are determined by weight, size of package, distance and shipping method. We use standard ground shipping with FedEx. If you prefer to rush delivery or want to use your own shipping FedEx or UPS account, please let us know. Shipping costs will be included in your invoice.

8. DO you take Fax or Over the Phone Orders?

Yes, we Take Fax and Over the Phone Orders.

9. If entered the wrong shipping address for an order can I change it?

To change the shipping address you have to call us within 24 hours of placing your order.
